About the Role:

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Aspirational Growth Catalyst to lead our strategic growth and development strategy. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement strategic growth opportunities across all areas of our business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting the Executive Leadership Team to deliver long-term strategic goals that enable us to have an even deeper impact on the children, youth, and communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic growth plan to achieve our organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop strategic growth opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our strategic growth plan, making recommendations for improvement.
