Broker Sales Development Manager

**Role Overview**
MARS Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Sales Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in growing and supporting our Adviser/ Broker Network by recruiting brokers and providing them with access to our up and coming aggregation platform.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for recruiting new brokers to join our aggregation platform and expand our adviser network.
- Provide coaching and product support to brokers, ensuring effective use of the platform.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers to drive their business success.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support to motivate brokers in achieving their objectives.
- E nsure the seamless onboarding and training of new brokers on the aggregation platform.
- Maintain a deep understanding of lending products, consumer lending legislation, and the aggregation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to broader organisational goals.
About You
- Extensive knowledge of lending and the aggregation industry.
- Proven experience in broker recruitment and onboarding advisors for an aggregator.
- A strong understanding of consumer lending legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to coach and support brokers in leveraging the platform effectively.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to achieving growth objectives.
Salary Package
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) plus superannuation and benefits.
