**Role Overview**

MARS Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Sales Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in growing and supporting our Adviser/ Broker Network by recruiting brokers and providing them with access to our up and coming aggregation platform.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for recruiting new brokers to join our aggregation platform and expand our adviser network.
  • Provide coaching and product support to brokers, ensuring effective use of the platform.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers to drive their business success.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support to motivate brokers in achieving their objectives.
  • E nsure the seamless onboarding and training of new brokers on the aggregation platform.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of lending products, consumer lending legislation, and the aggregation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to broader organisational goals.

About You

  • Extensive knowledge of lending and the aggregation industry.
  • Proven experience in broker recruitment and onboarding advisors for an aggregator.
  • A strong understanding of consumer lending legislation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to coach and support brokers in leveraging the platform effectively.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to achieving growth objectives.

Salary Package

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) plus superannuation and benefits.
