Pinnacle Rehab is seeking a highly skilled Employment Broker to join our team. As an Employment Broker, you will play a key role in building relationships with employers to facilitate job placements and work trial opportunities for workers and individuals with injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate employment placement and work trial opportunities
  • Promote our services and SIRA Vocational Programs to potential employers
  • Manage internal employer vacancy database
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide insight into Labour Market and employment trends
  • Analysis of internal reports and labour market analysis to identify future Vocational option trends
About You

We are looking for a Business to Business Sales/Business Relationship Management professional with a positive, solution-focused attitude and a desire to help others. Requirements include:

  • Business to business sales/business relationship management experience ideal
  • Car and valid Driver's license
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Strong cold calling and reverse marketing experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
