Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Rehabilitation Professional to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As an integral part of our close-knit team, you will work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake vocational assessments to help individuals achieve their goals
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work, always prioritizing the client's best interests
- Deliver targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance
- Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes to provide informed guidance
- Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and full ASORC Accreditation
- A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders
- An inclusive and integrative attitude towards diverse cultural groups
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Determination to consistently provide high-quality customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management
- A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)
