Rehabilitation Consultants play a crucial role in helping individuals regain their independence and achieve their full potential.
At Kairros, we are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Sydney. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting vocational assessments to identify clients' strengths and abilities;
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to develop effective strategies that meet their needs;
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support clients' recovery and return to work;
- Developing targeted intervention strategies to improve clients' life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance;
- Staying up-to-date with various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
- Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and a full ASORC Accreditation;
- A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders, including insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees;
- An inclusive and integrative attitude towards working with diverse cultural groups;
- Proven written and verbal communication skills;
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service;
- A keen sense of punctuality and the ability to manage your time effectively;
- A willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver's licence compulsory).
