Senior Industrial Relations Specialist

We're seeking a specialist to join our human resources team in Melbourne, Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations, providing fast-paced and high-quality advice, coaching, and support to line leaders and HR teams.
- Conduct end-to-end investigations into ER matters, including grievances, bullying, harassment, fraud, or misconduct cases.
- Prepare documents and responses for tribunals and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the organization at conciliations and dispute resolutions.
- Proven experience in human resources generalist or employee and industrial relations roles in medium to large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of relevant ER/IR legislation, policies, and procedures, including experience with tribunals and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent coaching, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Sound communication and relationship-building skills, along with commercial acumen.
