Senior Industrial Relations Advisor

We are seeking an experienced industrial relations specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality industrial and employee relations advice and support to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in industrial relations and/or employment law, with a proven track record in managing and leading enterprise agreement negotiations. They will also possess excellent advocacy skills, including the ability to perform at courts/tribunals, such as the Fair Work Commission.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support and authoritative employment and industrial relations advice to executive and senior management stakeholders.
- Manage and lead enterprise agreement negotiations, preparing technical reports, policy papers, and briefing notes on complex employment and industrial relations matters.
- Take a lead role in complex investigations, disciplinary issues, and grievances, providing coaching and support to managers and employees involved in the process.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in industrial relations and/or employment law.
- Proven experience in managing and leading enterprise agreement negotiations.
- Excellent advocacy skills, including performance at courts/tribunals.
- Ability to work with competing deadlines and achieve effective results within tight timeframes.
- A strong and structured approach to case management, tracking, and reporting.
