Current Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our growing team at our Brisbane and Gold Coast restaurants. As an Executive Culinary Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our kitchens and contributing to our company's growth.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for producing high-quality food that meets our exacting standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • Your expertise in kitchen operations will enable you to provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that our restaurants run smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering our famous TGI Friday's food within a fast-paced restaurant environment, working closely with your team to ensure seamless service.
  • A key aspect of this role is being a team player who prioritizes the needs of their colleagues, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.
  • You will also be expected to maintain thorough cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards, adhering to Australian legal requirements and ensuring compliance with our brand standards.
  • In addition, you will contribute to overall business performance by delivering food and service to Friday's standards, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef (2-3 years) is essential for this role.
  • An energetic attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills are required to succeed in this position.
  • You will need to be passionate about delivering exceptional quality food and providing outstanding service to our guests.
  • A commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S procedures, and food hygiene practices is also necessary.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desirable but not essential for this role.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia is a must.

Working Hours

  • This role requires availability to work a rotating roster, which includes afternoon, evening, and morning shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package of $73,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, making this an attractive opportunity for skilled professionals looking to advance their careers.
