Overview

At Hyatt Regency Sydney, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Revenue Development Professional to join our team. Located in the heart of Sydney's Central Business District, our hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences, and event spaces.

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of accounts, maximising revenue opportunities across assigned market segments, and building strong relationships with potential acquisition clients. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role in the hotel industry, excellent organisational and time management skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as discounted accommodation, reward and recognition programs, and learning and development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Managing an assigned portfolio of accounts through reactive sales activities
  • Rebooking annual retention events and groups
  • Preparing personalised submissions for all enquiries and leads
  • Participating in promotional and entertainment activities as required
  • Maintaining the Envision database
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in the hotel industry
