About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist the Airport Store Management team as a key management support role, ensuring a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales and profitability targets for your store through providing ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the store's team.
  • Leading and maintaining the agreed merchandising standards.
  • Contribute to financial performance through inventory management, loss prevention, and management of controllable expenses.

About You

  • You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, having proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of computers, mobile phones, and other electronics.
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise.
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure.
