Telco Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telco Sales Coordinator to join our team at JB Hi-Fi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, providing ongoing training and coaching to the store's Communication Team, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Management team in achieving storewide objectives and ensuring a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store.
- Lead and maintain the agreed communications department merchandising standards.
- Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting.
We are looking for a candidate with proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco. You must be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional sales and service experiences, we encourage you to apply.
