The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing company merchandising objectives, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and delivering merchandising excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a positive experience for customers
  • Coordinate day-to-day merchandising tasks, including planners, set up guides, and new product initiatives
  • Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
  • You will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of merchandise or operations
  • You will have a positive can-do attitude and be result-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes
  • You will be flexible with hours and able to work seven days a week
