Venue Operations Manager

This is a key leadership role within our hospitality group, bridging the gap between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
We are seeking an experienced Venue Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of our venues, working closely with the management team to drive revenue growth and exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- Lead and manage the venue operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of venue presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Monitor and control costs, managing budgets and resources effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements- Proven track record of success in hospitality management, preferably in a large-format or multi-revenue venue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling procedures.
