Transport Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing all bulky deliveries to both customers and stores, ensuring end-to-end visibility of last-mile activities. Key responsibilities include monitoring item movement, handling logistics, and customer service tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Support carrier management through training, KPI compliance, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with retail teams, customer service agents, and carriers to resolve customer complaints.
  • Track orders and notify customers of delays or issues.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to correct inventory/shipment errors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Customer Service by responding to customer inquiries in a courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics is desirable.
  • Retail and e-commerce experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and other logistics-related tools.
