We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of SAP HR Payroll Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organization Management modules.
  • Work closely with public sector clients to configure schema for Time and Payroll.
  • Configure awards, wage type valuations, calculation rules, and factoring to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Single Touch Payroll and Australian legislation to drive compliance.
  • Showcase knowledge of Employee Central Payroll and SAP HR Modules to deliver seamless integration.

In addition to your technical expertise, we expect you to provide solutions to technical issues and challenges, prepare quality project artefacts and deliverables, and play a lead role in supporting System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Business Value Testing, as well as Change Requests.

You will also be responsible for driving simplified processes, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.
