As a crucial member of our Housekeeping team, you will ensure that every guest room is immaculate, paying close attention to detail. Your role extends beyond physical tasks, fostering harmony within the team and providing exceptional guest experiences.

  • Thoroughly clean all sections of guest rooms, including linens, bathrooms, and surfaces.
  • Work diligently within established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards.
  • Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
  • Utilize cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating dedication to a flawless experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is advantageous.
  • Develop warm and welcoming communication style where guests and team members feel valued.
  • Exhibit an eye for detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time effectively and taking pride in tasks.
