Lindenderry at Red Hill is a highly regarded boutique hotel situated amidst 34 stunning acres of gardens and vines, offering luxury accommodation and spectacular views of the Mornington Peninsula.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager with a track record of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement who can leverage the ongoing success of this property and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive exceptional financial results through exemplary cost control and revenue management
  • Drive exceptional customer satisfaction in a boutique setting
  • Drive exceptional employee engagement and retention
  • Bring deep and broad F&B experience (multi-outlet, banqueting, a la carte)
  • Manage the complexities of significant MICE, Wedding, Leisure, and Cellar Door operations
  • Build leaders through a combination of hands-on management, coaching, and mentoring
  • Manage key stakeholders with skill and diplomacy
