About the Role

Exceptional customer service is at the forefront of this role as a Guest Relations Attendant. Located in the beautiful holiday location of Port Stephens, you will have the opportunity to provide memorable experiences for our guests.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing friendly and professional service at all times
  • Welcome and serve sparkling wine on arrival
  • Maintaining guest accounts and assisting with guest enquiries
  • Processing financial transactions
  • Handling reservation enquiries and bookings
  • Guest Check In / Out
  • Resolving any guests complaints
  • Advising guests on local attractions and activities
  • Up-selling and promoting hotel services

Our front desk operations run 24/7, with shifts spanning from 6:30am to 10:30pm. As a Guest Relations Attendant, you will be required to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster.

Certifications required: RSA. A criminal check will be undertaken prior to starting the role, costs covered by Wests Group.

We are looking for someone who takes a professional approach to customer service and thrives on going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Your attention to detail and ability to multi-task will see you thrive in this role.
