You will be part of a hybrid working environment, blending office time with remote work. Our team employs a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks, including AWS cloud technology, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as code, and more.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading high-performing cross-functional engineering teams with a solid technical background
  • Driving a true DevSecOps mindset, where engineering owns what they build and values customer feedback
  • Advocating for software engineering best practices (e.g., CI/CD, TDD/BDD, code reviews) and ensuring the team follows them
  • Providing technical direction on solution design, code quality, and system performance
  • Designing and implementing complex software systems, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability

We're interested in hearing from experienced professionals who have demonstrated leadership skills, can drive a DevSecOps mindset, and provide technical guidance.
