Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Director

As a Technical Infrastructure Director, you will play a critical role in the strategic development and maintenance of complex mainframe environments within your technical expertise.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring stability and high availability for Db2 for zOS databases, leading and advising on Db2 for zOS toolsets, and providing expert domain technical input in requirement review and support.

You will also be responsible for prioritizing Db2 for zOS operational activities, collaborating with colleagues to jointly review service requests, assessing and evaluating complex incidents and problems, and leading the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues.

In addition, you will provide advice, consultancy, troubleshooting, and recommendations on technical and support issues, as well as assisting with capacity planning, performance tuning, critical event monitoring, database backups, recoveries, and document testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
