Procurement Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Officer to administer purchasing functions and ensure timely provision of goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Transactional purchasing activities will be executed as per company policies and procedures.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Purchase Requisitions and Purchase orders will be created and managed based on the requirements of various departments, ensuring timely approvals and processing.
  • The Procurement Officer will liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and corrective actions around delivery issues and invoice discrepancies.
  • Accurate and organized procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier information, will be maintained by the successful candidate.
  • The Procurement Officer will contribute to the improvement of purchasing processes.
