Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to join our Commercial team in Perth.
Job Summary:- Deliver exceptional purchasing services to support stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost reduction and value addition through strategic supplier agreements
- Ensure the quality of goods purchased meets required standards by effective liaison with suppliers
- Place orders within SAP for optimal pricing, considering factors such as quality, quantity, and delivery requirements
- Provide comprehensive support to stakeholders throughout Procure to Pay and Commercial processes
- Monitor delivery schedules and collaborate with site customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of procured goods and services
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in an efficient manner.
- A degree in procurement, supply chain, business, finance, or related fields is highly desirable
- Relevant industry experience, preferably in mechanical background or component repair and maintenance programs, is also advantageous
