In addition to this other responsibilities include;Coordinate the supply of standard items to meet internal and external customer requirementsCheck purchase requests against inventory records, or stock on handRunning purchase requisition reports daily and converting as necessaryCreate purchase orders on local vendors for specific demand requirements and expedite the orders to meet delivery dates for internal and external customers when necessaryConfirm vendor acknowledgements, verifying delivery meets required customer datesRecording order confirmations and late notifications to internal and external stakeholdersPreferable knowledge of Global Principle or Intercompany Model would be an advantageOnly those with full working rights in Australia need apply.The Person:The successful candidate will possess the following;Previous extensive SAP experience - min 2 years at high levelMature understanding of Supply Chain Management including Incoterms, Warehousing and LogisticsAbility to manage competing demands with the ability to work towards tight deadlines in a high-pressure environmentMust be capable of working independently, in a fast paced environment whilst liaising closely with major stakeholders to ensure accurate, on time delivery of customer requirementsStrong communication, cooperation interpersonal and presentation skillsUnderstanding of customer and supplier development trends and technologiesWe understand that some highly capable candidates might hesitate to apply for a role unless they meet every listed requirement.
