· Supervise the administrative operations within the healthcare facility, focusing on:

· Front Desk Management, Pre-admission processes, Theatre & Day Surgery admissions, and patient discharge coordination.

· Oversee financial consent processes, including private health funding eligibility, patient billing, collections, and accounts payable.

· Manage staff scheduling, oversee team performance, and assist the Administration Manager with staff development initiatives, including performance evaluations.

· Conduct process evaluations and implement change management strategies as necessary.

· Support the Patient Administration Manager in enhancing team performance to meet hospital KPIs.

· Address inquiries and resolve patient complaints effectively.

· Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records through the Webpas system.

· Utilize Microsoft Office applications for correspondence management and report generation.

Selection Criteria:

· Proven experience in a healthcare environment.

· Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.

· Strong planning and organizational skills.

· Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

· Self-motivated with effective planning and prioritization skills.

· Experience in managing switchboard operations.

· Well-developed professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
