About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal/Legal Compliance Coordinator to support our key stakeholders in legislative and compliance operational matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization complies with relevant legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the Signed Legal Documents Registers for contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Assist with precedent document and contract queries.
  • Ensure correct process is followed for all signed contracts and documentation.
  • Coordinate updates to TTI policies and procedures.
  • Regularly review company legal policies and procedures to ensure legal obligations are met.
  • Liaise with Leasing Agents, Local Council, and Landlords regarding TTI premises.
  • Maintain and coordinate a training register of all staff attending legal training.
  • Assist with providing advice on privacy legislative requirements.
  • Liaise with the Hong Kong Legal Team regarding trademark and copyright queries.
  • General assistance with regulatory and governance compliance and legal enquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar Paralegal or Legal Compliance role.
  • Collaboration skills across multiple levels of a business.
  • Document management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and consider critical issues, assess, and articulate legal risks.
  • Initiative and ability to liaise confidently with various stakeholders.
  • Relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
  • Previous background in commercial or property law is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and strong organizational skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
