Job Overview:

The role of the Organisational Culture and Development Professional is to provide essential support for our managers, team members, and internal departments in the Regional Operations portfolio.

  • Deliver key training and guidance to Managers across the business, ensuring smooth and efficient team member management
  • Maintain compliance with legislative requirements, industry standards, and organisational policies
  • Collaborate closely with our People & Culture Business Partners to manage key people processes
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or actively pursuing HR studies or AHRI Membership
  • Previous experience in an HR officer or generalist role, particularly with frontline operations
  • A customer-centric approach with a drive to deliver results
  • A problem-solving mindset, proactive in seeking solutions and acquiring information
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and workload prioritisation
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law legislation
  • Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional grammar, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
