Organisational Development Superintendent Job

This role focuses on partnering with business leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and design frameworks for improvement.

  • Leading global talent management and succession planning initiatives to develop organisational culture and strengthen team performance.
  • Supporting the organisational effectiveness team by designing and implementing strategic development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business-wide projects such as mentoring programs and engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a track record of leading successful organisational wide culture programs, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline, and excellent communication skills.

Able to influence stakeholders and flexible to adapt in a changing environment, this position requires passion for leveraging culture, equality, and inclusion to drive positive experiences and outcomes.

Key Requirements:
  • An experienced practitioner with a proven track record in organisational development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Passionate about driving cultural change and improving experiences.
About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our offices in Canning Vale. Occasional site travel may be required.
