We are seeking a highly skilled logistics professional to oversee the movement of goods across our global network. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade laws, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing global inbound and outbound shipments, including freight consolidations, import/export documentation, and coordination with customs brokers.
- Manage global shipments from suppliers in various countries, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Oversee import/export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and Certificates of Origin.
- Negotiate freight rates and secure capacity for peak trading periods.
The Logistics Specialist will be an integral part of our supply chain team, providing critical support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements- A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in international logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination.
- A strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and global trade compliance.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
