Global Supply Chain Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments worldwide. This includes managing domestic distribution across Australia and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivery time-lines.
- Cross-trade logistics and finished goods coordination, ensuring timely delivery.
- Domestic and international distribution of goods, service parts, and loan devices.
- Maintaining strong relationships with logistics providers, ensuring cost, compliance, and service targets are met.
- Ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Supply chain data analysis, including shortage forecasts, inventory reports, and optimisation.
- International freight experience is a must.
- Knowledge of transportation processes and freight forwarding procedures.
- Regulated industry experience, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel and supply chain software, with report creation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
