Job Description

As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments globally. This includes managing international freight experience (import/export) and knowledge of domestic transportation and freight forwarding processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate shipments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and delivery time-lines.
  • Manage distribution of finished goods, service parts, and loan devices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring cost, compliance, and service targets are met.
  • Optimize container utilization and drive cost-control initiatives without compromising service quality.
  • Generate and analyze supply chain data, including shortage analyses, forecasts, and inventory reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • International freight experience (import/export)
  • Knowledge of domestic transportation and freight forwarding processes
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as medical devices, pharma or FMCG is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and supply chain systems, with the ability to create reports and data insights
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
