Job Description:
Coordinate Global Logistics

The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments globally, as well as domestic distribution across Australia. This includes managing 3PL relationships, driving improvements in cost and service performance, and playing a key role in operational problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • International freight experience (import/export) is essential.
  • Knowledge of domestic transportation and freight forwarding processes.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as medical devices, pharma or FMCG is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and supply chain systems, with the ability to create reports and data insights.
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, able to bring structure and process improvements.
