National Oncourse Operations Director

As a key leader in our national oncourse wagering channel, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience. This high-impact role requires your expertise in leading geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent performance.
You will oversee end-to-end operations, including budget management, national rostering, and administration, to ensure financial sustainability and compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong partnerships with race clubs and industry stakeholders are crucial in delivering a consistent oncourse wagering experience.
A successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in large-scale operational management, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
