We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Transformation and Change Senior Manager to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As the Retail Transformation and Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of projects and initiatives into our retail stores. This will involve developing and implementing comprehensive retail change management strategies, leading and advising project owners, and identifying opportunities and risks to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a retail change management strategy to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact on behalf of Retail in major cross-functional programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change initiatives.
  • Lead and manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to measure the impact of changes and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Communicate changes and updates to all levels of the organization and provide training to MECCA store teams.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for retail and a commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience leading projects across a retail network with a demonstrated ability to navigate and influence large-scale change.
  • Extensive leadership experience and a proven ability to train and upskill team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of retail customer experience, systems, and operations.
  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines.
