We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Transformation and Change Senior Manager to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As the Retail Transformation and Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of projects and initiatives into our retail stores. This will involve developing and implementing comprehensive retail change management strategies, leading and advising project owners, and identifying opportunities and risks to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a retail change management strategy to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.
  • Serving as the main point of contact on behalf of Retail in major cross-functional programs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change initiatives.
  • Leading and managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analysing data and performance metrics to measure the impact of changes and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Communicating changes and updates to all levels of the organization and providing training to MECCA store teams.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the success of change initiatives and adjusting as needed.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in retail operations and change management. Key requirements include:

  • Experience leading projects across a retail network with a demonstrated ability to navigate and influence large-scale change.
  • Extensive leadership experience and a proven ability to train and upskill team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong understanding of retail customer experience, systems, and operations.
  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines.
