About the Role:

The Change Manager will lead change activities across initiatives in a large digital transformation program for a local council. The successful candidate will have experience delivering a Change Management capability within a digital transformation program and a strong understanding of change delivery in a project delivery focused context.

Responsibilities:


• Apply the Art of Change Management
Experience:

• Experience delivering a Change Management capability within a digital transformation program.

• Understanding of change delivery in a project delivery focused context.

• Understanding of Local government processes, services, and goals.

• Ability to lead and inspire a Change Team and change network.

• Demonstrated track record of implementation of change strategies, plans, and materials that successfully deliver project and organisational objectives.

• Prior experience ensuring training needs are delivered and support successful change.

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Business, Leadership, Psychology etc.) and Change Management qualifications or equivalent experience
