Senior Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating meaningful connections with brokers, aggregators, and key industry players in Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a business development professional who wants to make a real impact in the specialist lending sector. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will shape the future of specialist lending by:

  • Nurturing broker relationships to expand networks and drive success across the region.
  • Developing and executing a focused visiting strategy to maintain high levels of interaction with brokers and aggregators.
  • Managing an active sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure.

You will work closely with internal teams to develop growth strategies aligned with organisational objectives and sustainable expansion. This role requires advanced stakeholder management skills to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that meet broker and organisational goals.
