We are seeking an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant to join our dynamic team at IPAR, a leading provider of workplace rehabilitation solutions in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals recover from work-related injuries and return to their jobs.

**About the Role**

As a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored return-to-work plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will work closely with employers, employees, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized return-to-work plans
  • Collaborating with employers and employees to implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Working with medical professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Communicating regularly with clients, employers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and address any concerns

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or Physiotherapy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on people's lives
