Project Manager - Capital Works

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our capital works program. The successful candidate will oversee a broad range of projects that enhance our parks and customer experiences.

  • Oversight of diverse projects to deliver exceptional park assets and customer experiences.
  • Collaboration with a dedicated team to create outstanding customer experiences.
  • Engagement with business stakeholders to ensure projects meet key requirements.
  • Leadership of a team of project managers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Development of systems and processes for consistent project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly in the building/construction industry. They will possess a strong record of managing multi-site projects and budgets, as well as relevant tertiary qualifications and construction/building/trade qualifications.

This role requires exceptional leadership and innovative skills. The successful candidate will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail to meet business demands.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers to deliver projects on time and on budget. You will also develop systems and processes to ensure consistent project delivery. A degree in a related field such as construction management, engineering or business is highly regarded. In addition, relevant certifications such as Prince2, Agile, or Six Sigma can be beneficial.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery. This includes collaboration with other teams to identify and mitigate potential risks. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including project sponsors and end-users, is essential for success in this role.
