Senior Project Officer - Spiritual Care

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Project Officer in spiritual care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Manager Wellness and Spiritual Care in delivering strategic projects and professional development programs tailored to the spiritual care services team.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of evidence-based spiritual care practices and lead initiatives that demonstrate the real benefits of spiritual care within the healthcare setting.
  • Translate data and research into innovative solutions to enhance the spiritual wellbeing of our community.
About You

You have a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or are studying towards one in public health, allied health, and/or spiritual care. You possess proven ability to manage and evaluate large projects independently while meeting deadlines and priorities.

  • Skilled in building strong stakeholder relationships and providing timely, high-quality advice on complex issues.
  • Experience in spiritual care practice, project coordination, data analysis, and understanding of governance and equity principles.
