We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team in the Cardiovascular Centre.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication, patient services, and clerical functions as directed by the Nurse Unit Manager.

  • Greet patients and their families upon arrival into hospital
  • Book appointments for inpatient and outpatient services
  • Handle invoicing and payments for outpatient services
  • Facilitate admissions and discharges of patients to the Cardiovascular Centre
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service healthcare environment, desirable
  • Experience with patient record databases (preferably IBA)
