Job Title: Strategic Marketing Lead

We are seeking a marketing professional with the ability to develop and execute a strategic brand plan that drives innovation and transforms the customer experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market research, analytics, and customer insights, as well as the ability to implement a focused brand strategy and prioritize marketing tactics.

This role requires a high value multichannel communications plan that ensures optimal channel selection, share of voice, and maximised customer understanding of our clinical positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes a competitive brand plan to drive business growth and differentiate the company in the market.
  • Leverages market research, analytics, and customer insights to inform brand strategy and marketing tactics.
  • Executes a multichannel communications plan to ensure effective engagement with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a commercial role with a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, sales, and commercial policies and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in science/marketing or related fields required.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis and understand data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of groups and audiences.
  • Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate, develop, and execute a strategic plan.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects/priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Good time management and organisation skills.
