Lease Administration Professional

This role combines data analysis, monitoring of compliance requirements and management of landlord/tenant relationships.

  • Lead the reporting process, performance monitoring and compliance with a high degree of independence.
  • Monitor lease events and compile data for property managers and account directors to ensure all client KPIs are met.
  • Conduct regular audit compliance reporting and maintain data integrity through audits and knowledge of lease abstraction and rent roll reporting.
  • Handle landlord/tenant communications, documentation workflows and suggest improvements to processes.

The ideal candidate has experience in real estate or finance who excels at both independent work and team collaboration. Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for managing complex tasks.

Requirements
  • Australian citizen with the ability to obtain AGSVA clearance required.
  • University degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Legal field or 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to understand commercial contracts and interpret rent roll reporting with strong knowledge of accounting reconciliation between AP and AR.
  • Advanced Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience with property management/lease administration systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities with a positive approach to meeting stakeholder needs.
