Telecommunications Voice Systems Expert">

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Voice Systems Expert to join our Engineering and Maintenance Team in Sydney. As a subject matter expert, you will provide optimum designs and related technical services associated with the development of voice networks.

About the Role:
  • You will hold and exercise Engineering Design Authority for voice systems.
  • You will undertake high-level network designs, including physical design and architecture in accordance with Australian standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical documents, such as specifications, requirements, concept, and detailed designs.
  • Understand risk management principles and adopt mitigation while undertaking design.
  • Describe engineering model and process steps for managing designs.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of various voice products and features.
  • Experience analyzing raw data (SQL and Text) information for auditing and fault analysis.

This is an in-person role requiring temporary full-time fixed-term employment up to 12 months.
