What role will you play?You will be responsible for the daily operations of communication, voice, and voice recording platforms.
This includes monitoring system dashboards for alerts, prioritizing events, and responding to tasks across the organization.
What you offer Experience in unified communications or networking within a large enterprise environment as a network or voice engineer Exposure to cloud voice applications, contact centre/call centre applications, and routing Bachelor's degree in Networking, Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field Willingness to respond to voice outages on a 24/7 on-call basis Experience with voice recording systems (Verint v15, VFC, NICE, Dubber) in regulated environments is highly regarded Knowledge of cloud-based UC and calling functionalities Experience in banking or energy trading sectors is a plus We welcome candidates inspired to build a better future with us.
