Job Opportunity

This role involves collaborating with a global team to support unified communications infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and motivated, with an interest in delivering exceptional support to end-users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of various communication, voice, and voice recording platforms, as well as monitoring system dashboards for active alerting systems.

  • Experience working in unified communications and/or networking in a large enterprise environment as a network or voice engineer is required.
  • Exposure to cloud voice applications, contact centre / call centre applications and routing is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Networking, Computer Science, Engineering, or Cyber Security is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.
  • The ability to respond to voice-related outages on a 24/7 basis when on-call is also required.
