Lead Restaurant Service Team

Our restaurant is seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house service team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

About the Role:
  • Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation and cleanliness, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Oversee Team Members' performance, providing guidance and support to ensure they represent the restaurant positively.
  • Optimise guest satisfaction through effective service delivery, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and mentor Team Members to achieve their full potential, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • E nsure all operating, opening and closing procedures are followed accurately, maintaining efficiency and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
  • Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Ability to engage, motivate and lead a large team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
  • Capacity to maintain professionalism and composure in challenging situations, upholding the highest standards of integrity and discretion.
  • Availability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekends, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
