Leading Dining Team Member

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on professional to join our Food & Beverage team in a leadership role. In this position, you will support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee reservations, guest seating, and service flow to optimise dining room efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain presentation standards of the restaurant, ensuring all areas are clean, welcoming, and aligned with brand expectations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistent communication and smooth operations.
  • Support staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback to support team development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
