Join us in a pioneering role that enables our data-powered CRM strategy across all our brands. As a CRM Specialist – Tech & Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient experience.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Lifecycle, Performance, and Operations teams to implement personalized, multi-channel communications. You will design, build, and optimize CRM journeys using Braze and ensure they are technically sound, scalable, stable, and compliant.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and deploying targeted campaigns in Braze (email, SMS, content cards, in-app messaging)
  • Using Liquid, dynamic content, and modular templates to deliver tailored patient and practitioner experiences
  • Configuring attributes, events, and tags to power segmentation, triggers, and personalization
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting Braze journeys to ensure smooth data flows and audience logic
  • Integrating campaigns across web, app, and landing pages to enhance lifecycle communications
