About Sunnyfield Disability Services

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to join our team as a Community Service Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in driving excellence in service delivery and empowering people with disability to achieve their personal best.

As a Community Service Manager at Sunnyfield, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of people with intellectual disability. You'll lead high-performing teams, coach and mentor staff, and develop new support programs and services that empower clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality services to people with disability
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including NDIS and WHS

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership or management roles within the disability sector
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving positive outcomes for clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives
