About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Hub Manager to lead our new Wallsend Community Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving real impact with their inspiring hands-on approach and innovative approach in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement high-quality support programs and services that empower clients with disability
  2. Lead a high-performing team to achieve excellent outcomes and client satisfaction
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners
  4. Drive business growth and sustainability through innovative approaches and partnerships
  5. Ensure quality and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
